the lobby seemed grand. our room was spacious with a big bed and bathroom. it include a shower and a tub also. breakfast had many options and good coffee. the location was excellent and there are tuk tuks available.

the area is very close to the highway. taxis are accessible, a short ride brings you to shopping centers, and the airport is about a thirty minute drive during normal traffic.

The hotel was Very clean and Breakfast had a very good selection. the staff are all friendly and helpful, i was able to buy breakfast when needed. free water was always available in my room. I found this convenient.
the bathroom amenities were NOT properly kept, disappointing. the safe in my room also did not work at all.

the fitness center has sufficient equipment including treadmills and stationary bikes, good for a quick workout. there is also a VERY nice pool area with plenty of loungers . it provided a relaxing space.

the hotel staff was cute right. They maintained excellent service throughout my stay. i was impressed with their attentiveness and their willingness to assist with any requests or questions.

The staff greeted me warmly! and they helped me with my bags. The superior room had big windows. It was nice to sit and watch with a drink. Breakfast was excellent! lots of choices were available. The coffee from the machine tasted lovely.
The pool area was in very poor condition! The spa was broken, and there was loose electrical wiring near the broken switch. The timber decking was loose, and some boards were missing. The meals in the Italian restaurant tasted ordinary. The chef requires more training in Italian cooking. The area around the hotel is not very nice to stroll. Traffic can be dangerous.

I was not impressed with the slow internet. The promised speed was not delivered, causing considerable delays for my work. The dated furniture in the room was also disappointing. I noticed wear and tear on the desk and the sofa. The air conditioning unit was noisy (it rattled) and not as efficient as I expect from such a place.
